Submissions are to be made online only. No video files are accepted. All information provided in writing must be in English. All files must feature the code of the participating group. All submissions must be uploaded via the upload panel of the https://nphr.neduet.edu.pk/ website. Uploads are only possible once the candidate has logged in with the Username and Password supplied by NPHR.
Access information and instructions on how to upload the presentation panel will be issued to participants via email immediately after a successful registration.
Each registrant will be issued a unique identification code number by the Organizers for the final submission of works by the participants.
The judging of entries will be carried out anonymously. To ensure this, neither the name nor any distinguishing marks, logo, indication may appear on any page. The entry shall bear the Identity Code to be issued by the Organizer upon receiving the registration form and fee.
All decisions taken by the Jury, and all Awards conferred by the Jury, shall be considered final and not subjected to appeal.
